Hello and Welcome. I am a yoga facilitator and the founder of Studio Kalm. I have been teaching yoga since 2019 and practicing for over a decade. I trained in India for both my 200 and 300 hour teacher trainings, and have a deep commitment to honouring the roots of the source. For me yoga is a deeply personal journey of awareness, growth, and self-discovery.
The practice has been profoundly healing for me and has shaped my life in so many ways. The beauty of yoga is that it can be adapted to everyBODY through all seasons of life, and I am very passionate about making the practice accessible. Like life, my practice and teaching styles are also very yang and yin. I love to teach strong, dynamic, creative flows such as rocket and vinyasa, but also truly believe that slowing down, finding stillness, and tuning inwards is just as important for our overall health and wellbeing, and that is why you will also find me teaching more gentle and nourishing classes such as yin and chair yoga.
Becoming a mother for the first time whilst opening a new business has been a major life transition which has required me to balance my time and energy wisely. I care deeply about supporting other mums in the community because pregnancy and motherhood are major shifts in life that bring huge physical, mental, and emotional changes. I also offer pre and postnatal yoga and create space for connection for mums and babies.
I am honoured to be able to share this practice and I hope you can take from it what you need. I look forward to seeing you in the studio soon! If you have any questions, please get in touch, I would love to hear from you.

Yoga has brought a lot of joy and calm to my life. I started to practice more regularly after experiencing some anxiety, which surfaced after 9 years of working in the community with under-represented groups in my 9-5 job. Yoga was always the thing that brought me back to my true self and allowed me to move through life with more awareness. I trained in 2020 to share that feeling with others. I love to host retreats to give people more time to feel immersed in their practice and I also teach yoga to girls in high school to help them manage their anxiety and boost their self esteem.
My studio classes are playful and energising. I encourage you to explore and feel rather than perform; it's a hard thing to do, but when you get there, it's pretty blissful. Yoga is a different, more embodied, and empowering way of living extending far beyond the mat. Practice, feel better for it, and spread kindness around like confetti.

Heart-led, empowering, energising
Hi everyone, I am Natalie, a pilates teacher and personal trainer with over ten years experience in the industry. I come from a strength and conditioning background, training clients in a gym environment helping them get nto the best shape of their life but after embarking on my own spiritual journey I wanted to offer something to strengthen both the body and mind, this is where I found pilates. I spent many months living in Bali where I practised breath work, nervous system regulation and meditation and it was here I decided to train as a Pilates teacher. I chose to do my training through a yoga institute, learning the fundamentals and traditional teachings of Joseph Pilates while honouring the importance of our breath through practise and our mind to body connection. This is the ethos of my classes, you will be guided through a challenging class aimed at sculpting the physique, building strength and mobility while also nurturing your nervous system and bringing you back to centre so you can leave feeling empowered and energised.
