TERMS & CONDITIONS

CLASS PACKS 

 • All purchases made are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
 • Once a class pack has been purchased, you accept the terms and conditions and understand that refunds are not available. 
 • All class packs expire from the date of purchase. 
 • INTRO OFFER: 3 classes for £15 expires in three weeks. 
 • DROP IN: A £14 one time drop expires in one month.
 • 5 CLASS PACK expires in two months.
 • 10 CLASS PACK expires in three months. 
 • Prepayment is required for all class bookings. 
 • You can purchase individual classes using a credit or debit card. 
 • Classes will be automatically deducted from your class pack once booked. 
 • If you cancel a booking up to 12 hours in advance, your class will be credited back to your account if you paid with a class pack. 


MEMBERSHIPS

 • All purchases made are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
 • Once a membership has been purchased, you accept the terms and conditions and understand that refunds are not available. 
 • When you sign up for any of our memberships, you are enrolled in a monthly subscription and auto-renew contract for 3 months minimum. 
 • Payment will be deducted from your account on the purchase date of each month. 
 • If you wish to cancel, please email info@studiokalmpaisley.com 
 • Memberships can be paused for up to 6 weeks annually with a 1-week notice. Please email info@studiokalmpaisley.com 
 • You cannot cancel your membership on a pause. 
 • Studio Kalm reserves the right to pass on the cost of any additional bank fees that may be incurred from disputed or failed transactions regarding your account. 
 • Studio Kalm is not responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements between you and your bank. 


Private 1:1s

 • All purchases made are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
 • Once a 1:1 session has been purchased, you accept the terms and understand that refunds are not available. 
 • All sessions expire from the date of purchase.
 • A one-time 1:1 expires in one month. 
 • A 4 SESSION PACK of 1:1s expire in 6 weeks. 
 • Prepayment is required for all 1:1 bookings. 
 • You can purchase individual sessions using a credit or debit card. 
 • Sessions will be automatically deducted from your pack once booked. 
 • 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a 1:1 session.
 • If you cancel a booking up to 24 hours in advance, your session will be credited back to your account if you paid with a session pack.
 • If you cannot attend a session, please log into your account here (add Momence link) before the cancellation window and cancel your booking. 
 • By doing this you will receive a session credit, which can you use to book your preferred next session within the allocated timeframe. 
 • Late cancellations made after the cancellation window will not be credited.
 • Unused sessions cannot be refunded or extended. 


CANCELLATION POLICY 

We know that life is not always predictable but for us to maintain a smooth schedule and ensure that our teachers are compensated for their time and preparation we have cancellation windows in place. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

 • We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for all members.
 • If you cannot attend a class, please log into your account here (add Momence link) before the cancellation window and cancel your booking. 
 • By doing this you will receive a class credit, which can you use to book your preferred next class. 
 • Late cancellations made after the cancellation window will not be credited.
 • Unused classes cannot be refunded or extended. 
 • Kalm Unlimited membership offers 1 free guest pass per month. If your guest needs to cancel, they can do so through their Momence account linked to the email you entered at booking. The same cancelation policy applies. 
 • Our timetable and monthly rates are subject to change. We will provide 30 days’ notice for any price adjustments. 
 • Workshops, events, and courses do not offer refunds. However, if we cancel, you will be fully refunded. 


LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

 • A £5 charge per session will be applied to all memberships for all late cancellations and no shows. 
 • This charge also applies to the guest pass. If your guest late cancels or doesn’t show up to class the £5 charge will be automatically charged to the person with the membership and card on file. 
 • Charges will be applied to the card on file. 
 • These fees help cover instructor time, reserved spaces, and equipment, while also ensuring other members have a fair opportunity to book into the class.

We understand that emergencies, technical issues, or other genuine unforeseen circumstances can occasionally arise. In such cases, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re always happy to review the situation and may waive or adjust fees where appropriate.
Additionally, each member is entitled to one courtesy waiver per membership per year.


LATE ENTRY

 • Please note that late entry is not permitted. All classes begin promptly at the scheduled time, so we kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes early and be settled on your mat before class starts.
 • If the studio door is closed, the class has already begun. Please do not knock or attempt to enter once the door is closed, as this disrupts the session.
 • Late arrivals will not be eligible for refunds or class transfers.
 • Some teachers may offer a brief 3–4-minute grace period, during which the door may remain open. However, entry after the class start time is at the teacher’s discretion. Once the door is closed, entry may be refused, and the teacher’s decision is final.


WAITLISTS 

 • You can accept or decline a class spot directly from the waitlist.
 • When a spot becomes available in a fully booked class, the first person on the waitlist will receive a text notification. From the moment the message is sent, you’ll have 30 minutes to either accept or decline the spot.
 • If you accept, the spot is yours.
 • If you decline or don’t respond within 30 minutes, the spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
 • If you don’t have a phone number linked to your Studio Kalm account, you’ll receive the notification by email instead. We highly recommend adding your mobile number to ensure you don’t miss out on classes you’re excited about.
 • The waitlist closes 60 minutes before class starts. No notifications will be sent after this time.
 • If you can’t attend, please cancel at least 12 hours before the class starts. 
 • Waitlist bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

GIFT CARDS 

 • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. 
 • To redeem your vouchers, select the Membership or Offer you’d like to purchase.
 • Enter your gift card number in the PROMO CODE box at checkout.
 • We recommend using the full value of your gift card on one of our available offers.

STUDIO COURTESY 

Mobile phones
 • Students and Facilitators are prohibited from filming during classes. Taking photos or filming other people without their full consent is also prohibited. Instead, focus on being present in your practice, this is the true essence of yoga. You are welcome to bring your mobile phone to the studio, but please ensure it is on silent mode and use it only before and after practice. 

Corridor etiquette
 • We have neighbours who could be in meetings or students in Savasana, so please limit noise in the corridor.  
 • If you want to catch up with friend’s head to the main reception area of the building. 

Health and safety
 • Please take your shoes off before entering the studio and leave them in the designated shoe rack in the corridor. 
 • Please hang up any coats or jackets in the cupboard inside the studio and leave any personal belongings here also. 
 • Please leave any prams/buggies in the building reception area and make sure they are not blocking any fire exists. 
 • Props and equipment must be used carefully, mats should be cleaned, and everything should be returned to their designated places after use. 
 • Any spills or messes should be reported to the staff immediately.

AGE RESTRICTION 

• You must be 18 years old or over to attend classes at Studio Kalm.
