Enter the building from the front entrance on Neilston Rd and walk through the main doors into reception. Proceed through the first double doors, turn left, then go through the next two sets of double doors. Follow the corridor as it turns right, and you'll find us at the bottom on the right. Our sign is displayed outside. Enter the building from the back entrance (Duke Street/Car Park) and turn right. Proceed through the first set out double doors, then go through the next set of double doors. Follow the corridor as it turns right, and you'll find us at the bottom on the right. We have everything you need in the studio. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. 

We recommend starting with beginner friendly yoga classes such as gentle, flow and restore and yin yoga. Chair yoga is an accessible yoga offering that is also suitable for beginners and our mat Pilates classes are also beginner friendly. These classes will help you learn the basics and become more comfortable in your practice. 

Yes, all mats and props are provided for free. 

You can accept or decline a class spot directly from the waitlist. When a spot becomes available in a fully booked class, the first person on the waitlist will receive a text notification. From the moment the message is sent, you’ll have 30 minutes to either accept or decline the spot. If you accept, the spot is yours. If you decline or don’t respond within 30 minutes, the spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist. If you don’t have a phone number linked to your Studio Kalm account, you’ll receive the notification by email instead.

We highly recommend adding your mobile number to ensure you don’t miss out on classes you’re excited about.
The waitlist closes 60 minutes before class starts. No notifications will be sent after this time.
If you can’t attend, please cancel at least 12 hours before the class starts. 
Waitlist bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• We have a toilet and baby changing facilities. 
• There is a communal kitchen where you can fill up your water. 
• There is a reception area in the main building where you can sit, relax or chat before/after class. 
• There is small, seated waiting area directly outside of the studio. This is where you will leave your shoes before entering the studio. Please keep the noise down in the corridor as we may have a class on and we also have neighbours. 
• We have a cupboard located inside the studio where you can keep personal belongings. Please keep these to a minimum if you can as the space is limited.
