Pregnancy yoga is a gentle exploration of movement, breath work, visualisations, sound, and relaxation to support you through your pregnancy and prepare you for birth. This practice will help you relieve common pregnancy ailments such as sciatica, pelvic girdle pain, swollen ankles, and back pain. Learn techniques to aid better sleep as well as reduce stress and anxiety. Take time for yourself to reset, relax and connect to your baby.
